    Is ACMC licensed

    Yes, ACMC is licensed by Arkansas Department of Health.All caregivers are employees and are supervised by a qualified Registered Nurse (RN), caregiver’s are thoroughly screened prior to employment. ACMC also provides DMV, State & Federal and drug screening for all employees.

    How do we start services with ACMC

    You can reach the Select Care Administrator at 501-504-2555 Ext 2303 or fill an online referral form.An agency RN will follow up and schedule an in home assessment, at no charge to the client. During this assessment, the client’s needs are discussed and a care plan is developed based on the client needs and preferences.

    Do I have to sign an (agreement )?

    We ask all clients to complete a Client Service Agreement so that we can obtain all the necessary information in case of emergency in your home.

    Is there a minimum weekly service requirement?

    No minimum service requirements. Cost is based on the number hours needed each week. ACMC has caregivers available 24/7(including holidays) to assist families.

    Can I chose my caregiver?

    Yes, after your in home assessment, your RN will match your needs with a qualified state licensed caregiver that meets your care needs. You will have the opportunity to meet the caregiver prior to paying for any services.

    Are caregivers trained to care for Dementia or Alzheimer’s clients?

    Our Select Care Administrator is a Certified Dementia Educator, she provides additional training specific to Alzheimer’s & Dementia care to all caregivers.
